My car was stuck on top of Spruce Knob on Saturday night. Carl not only towed my car promptly and safely, he assisted in finding a motel and shuttled me there at 2 in the morning, an hour away from his garage. It's rare to encounter someone with such decency - can't recommend enough.
My truck slid off a mountain on ice and snow and ended up being totaled. Carl's garage was able to get my truck out the next day and treated me with upmost respect and honesty. They allowed me to retrieve my belongings from the truck before the insurance payed out and even hiked downhill in 20 degree weather and on steep slope with ice and snow to retrieve my backpack that had rolled down the mountain for me. This is by far the best experience I've ever had with any towing company and I recommend doing business with them if you are ever in a similar situation. Carl's garage went the extra mile and beyond for me and I am deeply appreciative of that.
